The situation of implementing the homeroom teacher competencies through practicum for pre-service teacher training in Vietnam

The research determines the situation of implementing homeroom teacher competencies for pre service teachers along with practicum in Vietnam, regard to training adapting national curriculum innovation Vietnam. There were 342 participants involving data collection. They are pre-service teachers, lecturers from pedagogy universitie. findings show that play an importance part training. Pre often performed during practicum. However, effectiveness implementation was uneven, especially psychological counseling students. Student had many difficulties activities real classroom. Common areas activity should be diversified between universities and schools tighterly increase time student at school role teacher. factors forcus on improving develop professionalism students prepare future careers.
